Chad

Information regarding these stamps can be found on the illegal stamp page.

Ghana

Ghana released this souvenir sheet in honor of President Bush's trip to Africa to promote American foreign policy on AIDS.

Guinea-Bissau

Scott number unknown

This stamp is part of a six stamp sheet titled, "Defenders of Peace" featuring the likes of Pope John Paul II, Gahndi, Mother Teresa, Princess Diana, Jimmy Carter, and Martin Luther King, Jr. It's a rather shameless ploy to attract international collectors for a stamp sheet undoubtedly not sold at home. Is it valid though? Michel and Yvert seen to think so, with numbers 3954 and 2677 respectively. That doesn't mean it's not a case of excess stampage though, something for which Guinea Bissau is infamous.

Macedonia

Scott RA146

For a while we thought there was a second stamp released this year, but it turned out to be a cinderella stamp so we moved it to our cinderella issues page.

Mali

Scott number unknown

An article on a Mali website stated that there are additional stamps in this series. I have not been able to find any evidence of them.

Mongolia

Scott 2659

Papua New Guinea

Scott 1339 - 49

I am not sure what the Scott number are for the two souvenir sheets yet.

Sao Tome and Principe (St. Thomas)

Scott number unknown

I have the sneaking suspicion these stamps may not be legal, but at present I have no evidence to support my hunch.
